Processing and Crafting Time:

All of our cosplay and lolita dresses are meticulously handcrafted to ensure the highest level of quality. As a result, we do not keep a stock of pre-made items. Please understand the timeline for your orders:

• Crafting Time: Once an order is placed, it takes between 20-35 days to handcraft each piece. This duration ensures that each dress meets our stringent quality standards and is tailor-made for you.

Shipping Time: After crafting is complete: DHL takes 3-5 business days to arrive.

Please consider both the crafting and shipping times when placing your order, especially if you're ordering for a special event or date. We deeply appreciate your patience and promise that the quality and craftsmanship will be well worth the wait!

Worldwide Shipping:

At Oatharmor, we proudly cater to a global audience and offer worldwide shipping for our cherished customers. Whether you're based in Tokyo, Paris, New York, or anywhere else on the globe, we'll ensure your cosplay and lolita dress reaches you. Kindly note that shipping durations might vary based on your destination. Additionally, there may be customs and import fees which the buyer is responsible for. If your region has specific import restrictions or requirements, we advise checking with local customs before making a purchase. Price is not include shipping yet. We will update you shipping fee once w pack and have an exact fee that DHL will charge.

We totally get it – plans change. If you spot an error in your order, just reach out to us ASAP. We're here and ready to listen! It would be best if you could let us know within 24 hours for a full refund. If it's after that but within 5 days, we can still return half of what you paid. Bear in mind, we start crafting your unique cosplay costume right away, which means materials are sourced and our team gets to work.

Understanding Extra Costs

The price you see is solely for the costume. Additional expenses like taxes, shipping fees, and other import costs? They're on you. But, if you'd like advice or a different declared value for customs, just ask! Just a heads up, if customs holds onto your package, our hands are tied.

Measure Twice, Order Once!

Double-check those measurements before confirming your order. We craft based on what you give us, and if there's an error, it becomes challenging to rectify later. If there’s a sizing issue, the decision on how to proceed is up to us.

Our Prices and Promos

Heads up, our prices might fluctuate. Unfortunately, we can't offer price matches or refunds if something goes on sale after your purchase. But, if for some reason we can't deliver your costume due to unforeseen glitches, don’t sweat it - you’ll get store credit.

Let's Talk Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

At OathArmor, most of our cosplay armor, costumes, helmets, wigs, props, and accessories are handcrafted or made to order, often according to the measurements and customization details provided by the customer.

Because each piece requires dedicated materials, labor, and production time, our return and refund policy is different from that of standard mass-produced products.

Please carefully review the following policy before placing your order

1. Returns Due to Our Measurement Error

If your custom-made item does not fit because OathArmor made the item using incorrect measurements or failed to follow the measurements you provided, you may request a return or replacement.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the fitting issue.
  After receiving our approval, ship the item back within 3 calendar days.
• The item must be unused, unworn, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be packed in a new protective box suitable for international shipping.
• You must use an international courier service with full tracking and provide the tracking number to us.

Once the item has been delivered to us and inspected, if the issue is confirmed to be caused by our measurement or production error, we will provide a 100% refund of the original product price or arrange an appropriate replacement.

Important

The refund applies to the product price only. Additional charges, including previously paid shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, priority fees, rush fees, or other additional services, are not refundable unless otherwise agreed by OathArmor.

2. Returns Because You No Longer Want the Item

Because our products are handcrafted and often made specifically for you, returns due to change of mind, personal preference, or no longer needing the item are not normally accepted.

However, in exceptional circumstances, you may contact us within 24 hours of delivery and request a return.

A return is only possible if OathArmor approves the request in writing before you ship the item back.

If your return request is approved:

• You must ship the item within 3 calendar days.
• The item must be completely unused and unworn.
• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• The item must be packed in a new protective box.
• You must use an international courier service with tracking.
• You must provide the tracking number to OathArmor.
• The refund will only be processed after the returned item has been delivered to us and inspected.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the refund amount will generally be 40%–50% of the original product price, depending on the condition of the returned item and the product type.

3. Why Is the Return Window Only 24 Hours?

Our products are designed for cosplay, conventions, competitions, photoshoots, and collectors.

Unfortunately, we have experienced situations where customers used our products at Comic-Con, photoshoots, or other events and subsequently requested a full refund because they no longer wanted the item.

Since these products are handmade specifically for our customers and cannot normally be resold as new, we require customers to contact us within 24 hours of delivery if they believe there is a problem or wish to request a return.

This policy helps us protect the quality and value of our handmade products while keeping our pricing fair for all customers.

4. Return Shipping & Taxes

For returns that are not caused by an OathArmor error, the customer is responsible for:

1. Return shipping costs
2. International courier fees
3. Customs duties
4. Impo erage or clearance fees
6. Any other costs associated with returning the product to China

For confirmed manufacturing or measurement errors caused by OathArmor, we will work with you regarding reasonable return shipping costs.

Please contact us before shipping the product back.

5. Shipping Method Requirement

Because our products are often large, fragile, and high-value, approved returns must be shipped using an international courier service with a valid tracking number.

Examples include DHL, FedEx, UPS, or another internationally trackable courier service approved by OathArmor.

Important:

Do not return your order using regular postal or untracked shipping services.

If the returned package cannot be properly tracked, is lost in transit, or cannot be confirmed as delivered to OathArmor, we may be unable to process the refund.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned package reaches us safely.

6. Condition of Returned Items

To receive an approved refund, the returned product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

We cannot accept returns for products that have:

• Been worn
  
• Been used at conventions or events
  
• Been used for photoshoots
  
• Been damaged
  
• Been modified
  
• Been painted or altered
  
• Been repaired by the customer
  
• Been exposed to excessive dirt, makeup, sweat, smoke, or other contaminants
  
• Missing original accessories or components
  
• If an item arrives back in a condition that prevents it from being resold or reused, the refund may be reduced or denied.

7. Additional Charges

The following charges are non-refundable unless the issue was directly caused by an OathArmor error:

• Shipping fees
  
• Priority / rush fees
  
• Customization fees
  
• Special material fees
  
• Additional accessories
  
• Customs duties and taxes
  
• Payment processing fees, where applicable
  
• Other additional services
  
• Refunds are calculated based on the eligible product price only.

8. Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been delivered to us, our team will inspect the product.

If the return meets the requirements of this policy, we will process the refund within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

9. Custom Commissions & Personalized Products

Custom commissions, personalized designs, custom-sized armor, modified products, and other products made specifically according to customer requirements are non-returnable by default.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or OathArmor has failed to follow the confirmed specifications or measurements, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
